Pace Recruitment was established in 2018 by two Directors with a wealth of construction recruitment experience. The vision wasn’t to reinvent recruitment, but to keep recruitment simple, honest and quality driven. Based in Central London, our team recruits across the UK, into permanent, freelance and contract roles.
We pride ourselves on quality not quantity driven recruitment.
We specialise in operations, design, commercial, estimating, site support etc – anything to do with construction.
Pace Recruitment works alongside some of the leading top tier main contractors, developers and consultancies, as well as family-run companies, offering a variety of potential opportunities for you.
We are strong believers in following our values and keeping recruitment simple. Honest, transparent, simplistic and quality-driven recruitment.
We like to meet all the candidates we work with, to offer a more personal approach.
Pace Recruitment is a dedicated construction recruitment agency. We pride ourselves on delivery and presenting the very best candidates.
We are passionate, not only about finding you the best candidates, but developing people's careers, with companies in which they can grow.
